What information we collect when you enquire or book, how we use it, and your rights.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information Innovated Cuisine collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We are the data controller for the information described here.
When you send an enquiry through our website, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect the information you give us. Typically that is your name, email address, telephone number, the date and location of your event, guest numbers, and any dietary requirements or notes you choose to share.
If you go on to book, we also hold the details needed to deliver and invoice for your event.
Our lawful bases are your consent when you enquire, performance of a contract once you book, and our legal obligation to retain financial records. Where you give us information about a guest’s allergies, we use it solely to keep that guest safe.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. It may be handled by the services we use to run the business — our website host and form provider (Netlify), our email provider, and our accountant where an invoice is involved. Each processes it only on our instructions.
We will disclose information where the law requires it.
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to twelve months, then deleted. Records relating to completed bookings are kept for six years, as required for tax purposes, then deleted.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, email Chefantonio@yahoo.com. We will respond within one month.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not profile visitors. Our host may set essential cookies needed to serve the site securely and to prevent spam submissions through the enquiry form.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
